Bloomington Immigrant Rights is a coalition of local organizations, including Popp Law Office, UndocuHoosier Alliance, El Centro Comunal Latino, La Casa Latino Cultural Center, and more, dedicated to providing Know Your Rights workshops for the community and updates of immigrant news in Bloomington. The materials and table will be provided, all you need to do is get them from where they're stored in Ballantine Hall, set them up, and pass out the provided literature to people passing by. Tabling is crucial for getting the idea of sanctuary out into the public, to be discussed and debated. So it may not feel like you're doing much, but you'll really be making a huge difference! Please provide a phone number or email address so that we can contact you with more complete instructions.
