Opening Ceremony for Indianapolis Worker Justice Center

It is with great excitement that we invite you to join us at the worker center grand opening on Wednesday, November 6th. The worker center is a project that many leaders in our community have been working on for months. Their vision statement is:

 The Indianapolis Worker Justice Center will help low-wage, non-union workers in their pursuit for better wages, benefits and workplace dignity. We will help workers tackle issues including wage theft, underemployment, unemployment, and immigration.

    The opening will be held at their new building from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at 1734 W. Washington Street on Wednesday November 6th. Parking is available on the west side of the building. Kim Bobo from Interfaith Worker Justice will be there to speak about the importance of worker centers and how they are changing communities around the country! Please rsvp at:
