There will be a mass rally for fast food workers on Wednesday, April 15 in Chicago from 4PM to 7PM. There will also be an earlier event in Indianapolis at the McDonalds on 1611 North Meridian from 8AM to 9AM.We will have busses available to go to Chicago leaving from both Indianapolis and Bloomington.Busses will leave from the IUPUI campus at 12 noon after the AM rally.  In Bloomington, a bus will pick-up people at the Indiana Memorial Union at 11:15 AM, and at the Northside Marsh, 1825 North Kinser Pike at 11:30 AM.The rally in Chicago will be on the UIC campus. Busses will bring people there before 4PM and depart at 7PM for Indy and Bloomington.This is an excellent opportunity for students to learn about wage inequality and explore issues of labor in our current economy.It is also a great opportunity to support workers who are struggling to survive on low wages.More information: vargj892@gmail.com
