Screening of "Manufactured Landscapes"

Manufactured Landscapes(2006) Saturday, October 10, 7:00 pm  This documentary showcases artist Edward Burtynsky, acclaimed for his large-scale photographs of “manufactured landscapes”— quarries, recycling yards, factories, and mines. The College of Arts and Humanities Institute presents a talk by Burtynsky on October 14 at 7:00 pm in Fine Arts 015. Grunwald Gallery will project a selection of his photographs, October 6-17. Themester films are free but ticketed. Tickets are available in advance at the IU Auditorium or IU Cinema just prior to the screening. Tickets are also available online for a modest ticketing fee at cinema.indiana.edu/tickets
