There are two local Women's Marches planned for those who can't make it to DC on Saturday, January 21. The Indianapolis March starts at 11:00 am with people convening at the Indiana State House, 200 W Washington Street, (46204). Details to reserve a seat on a bus from Bloomington are below.

WOMEN’S MARCH: January 21, 2017

For the Indianapolis march, there is a bus leaving from the UU church at 8:45 a.m., getting everyone to the Indianapolis march by 11 a.m., and returning people back to Bloomington by about 3 p.m. Seats on the bus to Indy are going quickly, so you would need to reserve soon. Here is the info:

Saturday, January 21st

This march will run simultaneously with the DC march for those who cannot attend the DC march but want to participate and have their voices heard.  

Working with the Reproductive Justice Task Force (RJTF) of the Unitarian Church Bloomington, I've secured a bus holding 57 passengers for the upcoming Indianapolis site for the Women's March in Washington.  Please let me know if you are interested and if you could help spread the word (friends, groups you belong to, etc.).  I'm trying to do this in a number of ways so as to reach maximum # of people.  My apologies if you've already received an invitation. It’s affordable - $20* roundtrip.

·  Depart:  8:45 A.M. from the UU parking lot (park on north side of lot – the church needs space mid-day)

·  Return: 3:00 P.M. to the UU parking lot
